Welcome to my website. I am a fully insured and professionally trained Psychotherapist, offering both short and long term therapy from convenient locations in Central London (EC2A) and Winchmore Hill (N21).

I work primarily with individuals towards making positive changes in their lives. I also specialise in working with men's issues, including depression, anger, relationships, fatherhood and life purpose and facilitate an ongoing Men's Group in North London to address these themes.
